Jieke Pan
CTO EMEA & APAC at Mobiquity

As VP Engineering & CTO Mobiquity EMEA & APAC, Jieke has over 15 years’ of experience in software engineering, solution architecture and technical leadership, with industrial domain experience across healthcare, eCommerce, digital banking, cloud and digital innovation. Jieke started his career as researcher in the network security domain, where he also obtained his masters degree. As a software engineer and solution architect, he has worked for global companies such as Siemens, Sony and Infor. As a Chief Technical Officer, Jieke is a thought leader on how to use technology as a tool to achieve business outcomes. He can also provide commentary on the changing role of CTOs and the importance of ‘de-hyping’ technology.

Phil Barrett
VP of Product at OfferZen

Phil is OfferZen’s VP of Product, working at the intersection of business, tech and design. He has over 25 years experience in the creation of successful digital products. In the 90s he helped launch the BBC’s first websites, along with lastminute.com. He built and ran Flow Interactive in the UK and South Africa, helping clients imagine and optimise winning digital products. Clients included British Telecom, Standard Life, Google, Sanlam, Standard Bank, Old Mutual and Absa. Flow was acquired by Deloitte Digital in 2015. Phil went on to become head of Absa’s Design Office - a 120-strong group of UX designers dedicated to transforming Absa’s digital user experience, from inclusive banking to CIB. He holds a BSc in Computer Science and a Masters in Communication.
