Sophie is an award-winning Human Resources and Diversity and Inclusion professional. From being featured on the “Women in FinTech Power List” since 2017 and the first HR professional to win the “Standout”, she is also widely recognized in Europe for her innovative influence on how Human Resources works in technology companies and startups earning her a spot in UK's Top 20 Women in Software, 2021 most recently. She now works with companies around the world as an advisor and lives with her family in London. Sophie is well-versed with her insight in creating environments that allowed companies and team members to thrive, personally and professionally via her deep research and working with founders, CEOs, managers to elevate their emotional maturity and intelligence to start and excel in building sustainable organizations.

With a degree in Political Science, Anthea believes in the magic that happens when you bring people together around shares stories, values and purpose, and spends most of her time creating spaces and content that enables this to happen. With a background in financial services and fintech in corporates and scaleups in Africa, she is now trying to engage tech and recruiter audiences in EMEA through PR, events, partnerships and swag at OfferZen.
